Walls of Ignorance
02:17
|
|||
walls of ignorance surround me
no doors no windows
telling tales of power and greed
tales of how it should be
straining to find reason
my screams are heard
only by those imprisoned themselves
in this prison we live
the longer i live
the more i try to understand
the more confusing it becomes
and sanity begins to slip from my hands

we are heading for another war
this one goes out to the adresses of us all
it won't be fought like the ones before
this one will be fought with the weapon of the law
we are the people but we have nothing to say
the government propagates: we can't run our own lifes
thats why they're waging a war, attacking the choices
we make each day
laws working as landmines to keep you in line
to keep you from wandering
off the path to conformity
they make you a prisoner of war
a slave to they're economy
its war against individuality
a war against independence
a capitalist dream with only one goal in sight
it's inhuman and an insult to our intelligence
don't depend on the enemy to tell you whats right
they say the laws and regulations
protect you from yourself
but what good is protection if it means life trapped in a judicial cell
we are heading for another war
this one goes out to the adresses of us all
it won't be fought like the ones before
this one will be fought with the weapon of the law
and this bombardment of laws
has caused the death of common sense
has killed free will a million times
and will blow freedom clear off the face of the earth

Human Disease
01:56
|
|||
deforestation, rainforests cleared
the climate is changing, our end is near
overfishing ,lifeless seas
filled with poison, human disease
where will you go?
we are turning the only world
that we have, into hell
they're killing our future
we let them be
mass extinction, human disease
where will you go?
we have to live with our world
in harmony and not in war

the last one alive will open his eyes
and think o the past with tears in his eyes
for we will have destroyed all there is to live for
and all that is needed for life
we will destroy ourselves
a whole species bent on dominating
each other and everything
the last one alive will open his eyes
and think o the past with tears in his eyes
for we will have destroyed all there is to live for
and all that is needed for life
we have built a world
where more is never enough
where a moment of profit overweights
an eternity of poverty and filth
each year each month each day
we're taking a drink
from the ever half empty glass

Pajarito

500 kilos in your face is just what you deserve
i'd love to line you all up
and let little bird have another turn
year after year it makes me sick
when i see your bullshit tradition
it's wrong it's cruel it's murder
but you still won't fucking listen
now those who won't hear must feel
and if i could i would
put this tradition to an end for you
at the end of a horn or under a hoof

Stale and stagnant
03:06
|
|||
everything is divided into two different sides
no shades of grey, just good and evil
all thought is turned off, common sense denied
as everyone waits for the judge to arrive
open your eyes break the habit
life's not as easy as we'd like to have it
stop stereotyping start to understand
this narrow minded thinking has got to end
the judge paints a picture of lies and mistrust
his cold heart computes, what will he decide
no one is save from beeing stereotyped
by the judge in us all who sees only black & white
open your eyes break the habit
life's not as easy as we'd like to have it
stop stereotyping start to understand
this narrow minded thinking has got to end
it happens every day, there is no ending
same decision but a different situation
an event is forced into a mold
beaten and formed until it holds
this process is then labeled as justice
only as a way to conceal their reluctance
to see the world as it is
and all the differences of which it consists
in this society actions are often labeled as wrong
because they are forced into stale and unflexible forms called laws, as time goes on, people and situations change...
laws stay the same.
